Business Card Printing in Egypt — Materials, Prices, Turnaround

We print and engrave PVC and stainless steel cards with an NFC chip inside — one card that is both a printed card and a digital gateway.

  • Full-colour printing or permanent laser engraving
  • 2–5 working days depending on material
  • No minimum order quantity
  • Free print-file review

Printing vs laser engraving

Printing allows full colour, photos and gradients at a lower price, but can wear over time on some materials.

Laser engraving removes a layer from the metal surface, so the result is permanent — but single colour only. For longevity and a premium feel, engraving wins.

How to prepare your print file correctly

  • Final size 85 × 54 mm plus a 3 mm bleed on every side.
  • At least 300 dpi for images.
  • CMYK colours, not RGB.
  • Convert type to outlines so fonts do not shift.
  • Send front and back as separate files or clearly ordered pages.

For exact dimensions, see the business card size page.

Prices: plain printing vs a smart card

Paper card printers in Egypt quote small amounts per 100 cards, but paper runs out, and any change of number or title means a full reprint.

A ROVYA smart card starts at 359 EGP and lasts for years, with details edited from your phone. If you hand out cards often, one smart card usually costs less than three reprint batches.

Do you print plain paper cards?

We specialise in smart PVC and metal cards. For large paper runs we can recommend a printer, though one smart card per person is usually better value.

What is the turnaround time?

2–5 working days after design approval, depending on material and quantity.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes, we deliver to every Egyptian governorate through courier partners.
